We lived at number 4 Claremont Road from 1984 until our eventual eviction in 1991. Loved the street, sense of community, and even made friends with the eco warriors (although we were from very different backgrounds). Respect to their bravery and dedication.

This correction from BBC Newsnight is totally misleading to the point of inaccurate. Yes, the ICJ found that Palestinians had a right to be protected from genocide.
ICJ issued provisional measures which it is only able to do if there is a "real & imminent risk" to rights claimed.
