Just got out of The Running Man 2025, heck of a flick and a much improvement adaptation over the 1987 version. Not perfect per say, but all the changes this time round feel much more in the service of making the story fit better into the medium rather then dumbing it down.

Not really sold on this issue of FF, it ain't bad, Black Cat's just not a character I really think vibes with them and the whole issue really just feels like an excuse to show Sue works on her own as a superhero, which I agree with but think could have been done better.

Pretty good issue of Transformers, kinda crazy how fast we got Thundercracker firmly on the Autobots but it doesn't feel forced and it's interesting to see who does and doesn't trust him and Flagg. That Lil check in with Spike and Carly was also pretty touching.

Very interesting that Zub is choosing now to tell the story of how Conan deposed Aquilonia's original "Mad King" but other then minor bits about who that is this feels like a fairly avarage issue, which is to say it's quite good lol

Weakest issue of this Supergirl run so far imo, not bad just not as good as the others with a few cool moments like Clark admitting to Lesla of all people that he kinda fucked up by putting Kara in the orphanage.

Spent the evening at a mixer for folks in a local geeks discord server, was a pretty good time despite some understandably chaotic service, always nice to be reminded there's more folks around who are as much of a freak as you are.
