The Republican Party's terribly insane and cruel "Fuck The People" bill, summed up in meme form.
Simply put, this morally depraved GOP bill is, among other things, an atrocious and gross reverse redistribution of wealth to the benefit of the ultra-rich. It's inhuman, soulless and disgusting.
