Every so often I'm asked for an interview, and no matter how many times I explain, there's a 52.7% (this is a made up stat) chance that someone is going to ask me why I employ trainers whose primary job is to patrol the building with an Absol.

Kanade has started making sounds in a way that is *almost* like language. She's still babbling, obviously, but she's started to mirror tone. Apparently she's a little advanced in that front, only being about three months. The current theory is that it's like this because we talk to her nonstop haha.

It's a relief to be able to be open with why we were so "over protective" and not letting anyone around her. Explaining it away as "immune system concerns" until we were able to give a clear answer was... Kinda hard.

To any of the Giovannis: While you can't meet her, you can rest assured that she didn't inherit it. She's healthy, strong, and happy. She won't go through what some of you went through. That illness skipped us both.

I have mostly adult muses, but I do have a couple minors in the pokemon world, and want to avoid crossing a boundary!))

Another person showed up trying to steal Jackpot today. They said "Hand over that Mew's pokeball!" and I had to talk very slowly to get the guy to understand that I haven't had the pokeball in nearly 13 years, that I purposefully told Jackpot to hide it where no human would ever find it.

I had a dream that Kanade learned to walk, talk, and commit tax fraud. I had to go to court and explain to them that she was a literal infant, but she kept shouting "I am the tax devil!" and trying to steal the judge's gavel to use it as a teething toy.

This is not the first night I've thought to myself "I want to introduce my beautiful daughter to my beautiful daughter" and it will not be the last. I really want Goldie to meet Kanade but I promised that I wouldn't play preferential treatment, and wait to introduce her to *everyone* after vaccines.

((Me: I should consider making a character who can get involved with plot shenanigans easy. My Giovanni is still in his own timeline, and I want to have things be gradual. Also it's easier to play a bratty character than clever old man.
