FFVII Remake Trilogy Part 3 - Biggest Wants, however unlikely #FFVIIRebirth
- World map starts normal then once meteor is called and Weapons activate, the global terrain changes as Gaia is thrown into chaos and the lifestream erupts.
-This removes all 'towers,' exploration is more natural

The more I review Remake/Rebirth streams, review others' opinions, and contemplate the overall story of the Remake trilogy, I'm left with this one question:
...Does the Remake trilogy takes place in Sephiroth's dream world?
I'm not 100% sold, but I'm having a hard time escaping this consideration.

The more I review Remake/Rebirth streams, review others' opinions, and contemplate the overall story of the Remake trilogy, I'm left with this one question:

I'm not 100% sold, but I'm having a hard time escaping this consideration.

The "Crisis" name format for parts of the #FF7 compilation has always eluded me. Admittedly, I've never done a deep dive to learn its origins. I recall events of OG being referred to as a "Crisis of the planet," but the older I get the more I wonder if Cloud's "existential crisis" is more relevant.

How tf did i never notice that in #FF7 Remake, the Ancients had flight technology during the planetarium video. Dafuq? Welp, high-tech weaponry in the Temple of the Ancients seem even more plausible now.

I'm knee-deep in replaying Palworld again when I need a break from work and studying, but every time I watch an #FF7 Rebirth playthrough I just want to play it all over again. A sixth time.
I already have an ultimate hard mode save file setup starting in Kalm...might be time.

If the #FF7 Remake trilogy winds up not being a sequel to OG (insofar as traditional sequels are understood), I'm petitioning that as the premise for when the trilogy is inevitably remade 30 years from now.

I still think the best way to implement Chocobo breeding in #FF7 P3 is through Meteor's appearance causing a lifestream eruption which changes every zone's map and creates new terrain challenges. New location open for all zones, requiring multi-ability Chocobos to access newly explorable areas. 1/3

I doubt it's the plan, but it would be interesting if #FF7 Part 3s Knights of the Round summon consisted of recruiting the 13 knights separately as a final quest line; and each of them was the real-world summon awoken once Meteor is called. In OG, the Knights had different abilities and elements.

After watching hundreds of streams from people playing #FF7 Remake and Rebirth, it's clear Square has a big opportunity in technical writing localization. Instructions are confusing when simpler explanations exist, and core mechanics are delivered as an overwhelming "info dump" for new players.

This is a wild theory, but I'm wondering if the Gi's forging of the Black Materia resulted from trying to remove their despair and hopelessness in order to potentially be absorbed into the Lifestream - and perhaps got this idea from the Cetra themselves during their talks.

Is it weird that I want FF7R3 to have Queen's Blood with RNG booster packs?
Like, let's take the multi-deck strategy from Witcher 3's Gwent, add in RNG booster packs, and have separate tournament quests - one for any/all cards and another for specific decks or card rules.

Sometimes I wonder if the aggressive FFVII shipping community should embrace the concept of multiple worlds and realize their interpretations/decisions exist in their own - but not necessary in others.

Just did a full playthrough of OG FF7 for something like the 52nd time; I've done a full playthrough about every six months for the last 26-27 years. Sometimes I forget the profound impact the original has had on my life.
I just love it so dang much.

Time to start hoarding parts to build a PC and revisit modding/programming after a 25 year absence just to play Rebirth, and figure out how to add Cait Sith to the party starting in Kalm.

I replayed #FF7 Rebirth from the beginning in order to setup the hardest "Hard Mode" NG+ possible. It can be done in under 12 hours, as seen by the time stamp below. Skip all cutscenes, MSQ only, and avoid every unnecessary fight.
