This is the most evil I’ve ever heard - deliberately targeting desperate, starved civilians …
It’s reminiscent of a scene in “Schindler’s List” where the camp commandant took pot shots at the inmates. Someone explain what’s the difference? Actually, this is worse it’s not just a lone psychopath …
