Thanks. I am an experienced lifter. If you look at my YouTube channel @SilverIronWarriors introduction by me. Total serious training time to now (3 says from meet) is 6 months, 3 months building foundation but needing to protect my shoulder following shoulder surgery 11 months ago.

Doug. Good for you. If you are just getting started, give yourself at least 6 months to build up a good foundation. There are many training systems. You will have to decide what works best for you. Supersets are a great way to develop strength more quickly. Please feel free to ask questions.
