My two younger kids have given me no clue about Xmas presents and they both have birthdays in Jan. It’s too much for tired old me.
I have resorted to my default of joggers, overpriced hoodies and T shirts from Urban Outfitters. I am feeling g a bit Grinchy but do like this cute wrapping paper.

Here at my parents I have just taken delivery of yet more socks and slippers for my mum. My dad keeps buying them. Mum must have at least one hundred pairs of socks and a dozen pairs of identical slippers.

iPhone packaging for every device my family have ever owned. Including my lovely IPod Classic, one of the best things I ever owned.

Finished watching “All Her Fault” on Sky Atlantic. It was at least two episodes too long. Dakota Fanning is a fabulous actor but she had no rapport with the child playing her son

One winter, everyone my son was admitted to hospital I’d go to the Sainsburys next door and buy him one of these kitties. It wasn’t a good year asthma-wise for him.

Decluttering again. Children’s soft toys are a stumbling block for me because I gave them all personalities and voices.

My son’s fiancée is Christmas crazy. They bought a pre-it Christmas tree, plugged it in to test it and now it’s staying up. I bought her this little fellow and he’s now on display

I have had these boots lurking at the bottom of my wardrobe for about twelve years. I’ve worn them once. Today I finally accepted I’m never going to wear them again and charity shopped them. Sorry for the boring posts. It’s a boring sort of day 🙁

I’m beginning to feel a little ashamed of my scruffy, tired looking hands.
