At Pardal craft market in Porto 🐦 Brought some red carnations to decorate the stand

Took this photo before firing my last batch of ceramic frogs. Glazing is intimidating since you have to work with this powdery mass and estimate how it will behave in the kiln. I always make some adjustments and hope for the best! With time, it has been getting easier to predict and more fun to do.

Making a new idea for a ceramics piece that's been in your head for a while and seeing it finally come to life is so satisfying 😌
