Photos of the final result of the mural we painted in Braga for the Braga em Risco Kid Lit Illustration Festival 🐍 The theme for the event "infinite time" so I decided to create a whimsical ouroboros that doubles as a snakes and ladders game 🎲

I recently had the opportunity to paint a mural for the first time ✨ The intervention took part of an illustration festival in the city of Braga called "Braga em Risco", the location is the previous headquarters of the volunteer fire department. Here are some photos from the process! #illustration

Wanted to post some pictures from the markets this year. I have several ideas of new products and ways to improve my booth that I haven't gotten to yet but I'm also happy with the experiences I've had so far carrying this current set up around 🧳

Took this photo before firing my last batch of ceramic frogs. Glazing is intimidating since you have to work with this powdery mass and estimate how it will behave in the kiln. I always make some adjustments and hope for the best! With time, it has been getting easier to predict and more fun to do.

Making a new idea for a ceramics piece that's been in your head for a while and seeing it finally come to life is so satisfying 😌

This tiny pottery set I'm working on is inspired by Portuguese terracotta or red clay ceramics.

In-progress shot of a tiny ceramic pot. These are inspired by traditional Portuguese ceramics, can't resist drawing cats on them.

Olá! I'm a Portuguese illustrator and ceramics artist from Porto. When I'm not attending craft markets or making stuff out of clay I'm working freelance as a part-time studio assistant. Always open to new illustration projects and collaborations ✏️
