As much as I, a trans woman, would like to pretend that we are the average in anything we just aren't. Trans folk are maybe 1% of the population, that's why we're easy targets for hate. They've formed a community on tumblr in part because they're not being harassed there, which happens elsewhere.

This sounds like a TCAS Resolution Advisory maybe? Onboard alert means probably not someone on the runway, TCAS is inhibited below a certain altitude or it would go bonkers during landing (planes on taxiways and all that).

Reminds me of Leaf Blower Guy in our last neighborhood. He was okay before he retired, but afterwards he would leaf blow several times *per day* with a gas powered leaf blower that you could hear in orbit.
