Don't know why this isn't getting more coverage, but this applies to anthem Blue Cross coverage in Missouri, Connecticut, in New York. The insurance provider will be capping time for anesthesia coverage.

Putin is getting smoked! He’s cornered; that’s why he’s spouting off nuclear BS and ordering North Korean soldiers off of Temu to fight his war for him. His war has cost him 700,000 casualties and put his economy in tatters. The US must *continue* to stand with our Allies until total victory!
