4/ 🧵 The failure to support Ukraine, to even call Russia the aggressor, is increasing the chances that Ukraine fails. Unless Europe can fill that gap, Russia will feel emboldened to take on NATO by attacking a NATO country such as Latvia because they believe US is not committed.
