I doubt they've been sending police or Siloviki to warn. Putin is far too paranoid to do this, I would have thought. I expect this 'unrest' is exaggerated, or being misinterpreted.

This is the key question, of course - what if GOP voters continue to rise in their alignment with Ukraine, and apply pressure, will it change anything? Possibly not, but may prevent open support for Putin, by Trump - that's a result, of sorts.
