My neighbors are physicians, city and county govt, business owners, musicians, architects, lawyers, banking execs, professors, a marketing director for a major fashion brand, transplants from NYC or DC because it’s way cheaper to live here. Also, most of the houses are far larger. Ours is 3600 sqf
