What in the hell happened to the quality?! 😕

So when we say 'I never liked this, I can't possibly' that's not true at all. An alternative neural connection can be formed in absolutely any case; it's just that in some cases it might take a lot of work, that's all.

Now? Sam => Heughan => name is no longer yikes 😁

Incredible! It is though the same principle as learnt reflex. It used to be 'Sam => Hobbit' and now it's 'Sam => Heughan', and the further chains are accordingly different.

But what it means though, is that we can change our perception of anything.

The best thing about the show is Sauron, of course. Vickers was a win-win casting choice, he's absolutely great as such a complicated character as Sauron; I looked into him (Sauron) and now enjoy the show even more, seeing all the intricacies of this manipulator.
I already want season 3! lol

But maybe just because I never liked hobbits lol But still, it's too on the nose how the new actors resemble the ones from the original trilogy. Yikes.
The only original character that I really like is Disa. And the actress is also amazing <3 And she has a beard, just like Gimli said :D

Nori looks like Frodo, Poppy looks like Sam, and the Stranger is obviously Gandalf.
Elendil looks like Aragorn, but that's at least logical, since they're related.
They way that show is trying to use the viewers' memories of the original trilogy is revolting to me.

Where’s the fun in that 👀

Why?
January 6, 2025 at 12:59 AM
Can you please explain to me since when is it okay to post such HUGE spoilers? I understand you wouldn't have done it without an OK from starz, I'm just trying to understand why they want to spoil their own show

Right?! You can’t make that shit up… oh wait! 🤣
January 1, 2025 at 11:30 PM
But maybe that's not even the point.
And I can't even put my finger on what that point is - for now, at least, because I have nothing to compare it to.
New experience, goddamn it.
I guess I'll have to make it up as I go.

So many 'if's too - if another actor was playing Jamie and I wouldn't particularly care for him personally; if Sam was treated better by stars and the whole thing was easier on him... so many other if's.
But none of them are true. The truth is OL will always be connected to starz. And therefore...
