I think they scotched that idea as being too obvious.

Strat with humbuckers = super strat, so surely a telecaster with humbuckers should be a super tele? I’m disappointed the 80s weren’t awash with telecasters with reverse headstocks and Floyds.

A fretless Precision bass should be called an Imprecision bass.

Stilton is good but once you go Roquefort you never go backefort. Or something like that.

Well, I don’t think it’s going to win any beauty contests, but it’s really soft and tastes amazing. Took just over 50 minutes so not too different to the recipe.

I’m fairly sure Forth wasn’t “new” when this came out.

Does anyone think this would work in two loaf tins? I reckon that no matter how many baking trays and roasting tins I have, the recipe will always use a size I don’t have.

I don’t know for sure, but maybe there’s a cultural aspect. I went over to a German colleague at work and kicked off with, “Hi Karo, how are you doing?” Her reply was, “Ah, yes! Small talk. Hello.” Perhaps it’s less of a thing in Germany?

Bitesize is great! I often refer to it when helping my kids with science homework. (Even though I’ve got a PhD in biochemistry; apparently my explanations are “too long and boring.” Bitesize, less so.)

I just swapped from Android to Apple and thought I’d fully commit so have been using Apple maps. I don’t find it that bad; what do you think they’re missing?

I remember seeing a stand up comic who had a routine about going to the most homophobic school in England, that the kids spent their time either accusing each other of being gay or denying it. He then listed a bunch of teacher's nicknames and I realised I'd attended the same school 😒
