Things stressful [almost] everywhere in healthcare. Research/academic funding, unknowns re medicare/ medicaid /preventive health future, primary care shortage shifts care to specialists, no med prices/authorization control

Still see very sick patients who all share this: a deep sense of insecurity

Good game and looking better in second quarter😊

Prioritizing threes has been a Celtics strategy all along (with a 3-point scoring percentage of ~35%+). But it sometimes can be painful to watch if they don’t shoot well or in close games.

Not a mycologist and not so hot, but for the non mycologist:

fungal markers of course. hate and love them. “fungal markers negative” (phew?). glucan 230 (🤷🏻‍♀️?). BAL galactomannan and invasion (?).
and… the consult to interpret a test because it was ordered

Also, double coverage in “bad” disease

Hope many state and local health departments in the US will choose to continue communicable disease surveillance and reporting. Or else we work blindfolded.

I get it. But he calls him a cynic, which grants him a level of sophistication he (RFK) hasn’t earned . I argue he’s simply a denialist and a populist — and one with a potential to harm many. Tough times for evidence based science.
