We could actually get concert tickets for the advertised price. Ticketmaster had kiosks in grocery stores you could go at midnight (some stores were 24 hours) and get tickets the second they dropped. Or you could camp out at the venue box office and buy them when it opened. Less fees all around.

It's not like letting a company become a monopoly is a bad idea at all. I'm sure one outage won't wreak havoc across multiple industries.
