Lewin and Beau have been married for 3 years. They met during a Hatching Tide celebration in Gridania.

Morroyo (Human, started as a Life Cleric, now a Bladesinger Wizard)
Lewin (Half Elf, Swashbuckler Rogue/Battlemaster Fighter)
and a younger AU version of Morroyo who's a Half-Elf and an Eldritch Knight Fighter (what if he wasn't a mage?)

Let's just say Morroyo knows a LOT of secrets about other people. If others know what HE knows...he could be a lot of trouble.

The difference being Kezz would do anything to win and Lewin would try to do it honourably. Unless Lewin is a DRK. Then all bets are off with Esteem, because Esteem doesn't consider cheating out of bounds.

Kezz is at the opposite end of the spectrum. He has contingencies FOR his contingency plans. He'll do something unpredictable just to throw his enemies off. But he likes routine.

Athena: 🤪
Morroyo: 😐
Sorry, Morroyo's droll expression to this just sends me. 😆😆😆 It's like he's saying, "Lady, I've SEEN batsh!t crazy and you don't even FAZE me. I'm supposed to be intimidated by YOU?"
Which implies Morroyo (And the WoL) has seen IT ALL. 😹

It also makes the Garleans' fear of the WoL completely justified, if the WoL has a reputation with their ALLIES for carving a path of destruction, collateral damage be damned, then their ENEMIES are toast.

Gods of the Realm:
If this was the general reputation of the Warrior of Light, then little wonder that this guy from the Lambs of Dalamud PANICKED when he realized who Lewin was. He was resigned to Lewin killing him right then and there for being a member.
It's good that Deryk was there, then.

Lewin didn't expect Y'shtola to go to bat for him, but still...
Yes, he's a Scion, he has the Echo, it's his JOB to deal with them. At this point of time (HW), there's no cure for being tempered, and you have to do what you have to do.
But being presumptuous about how he feels...um?

I know this isn't a required trial series, but it puts a cap what happened during the Calamity and does so much for the twins' character development (especially Alisiae's).
Lewin had actually been AT Carteneau, so he saw what happened when Bahamut fell...and Louisoix's sacrifice.

Getting Morroyo through the NORMAL versions of various trials has been better than when he did it.
