I feel like "Go back to diapers" gets said so much that it becomes white noise, but seriously:
You're allowed to just stop using the toilet. Many people do, and enjoy it.
You can just go back to diapers. Potty training can just be a thing you tried for a while but never meshed with. It's allowed.

also back then furries were generally a lot more scritchy and huggy than they are now, we didn't ask consent before doing it and it caused problems, its much more likely to ask before hugging now, there's no pounce tackling/glomping, there's not nearly as much scritching as there used to be
