USAID.gov is down. Why is this concerning? Trump has no legal authority to eliminate a congressionally funded independent agency. The work of USAID is vital, and if this can happen to them, it can happen to any of us.

Donald Trump rolled back the 1965 Equal Opportunity Executive Order.

He pardoned 1,500 insurrectionists.

He tried to remove birthright citizenship.

Meanwhile, the cost of eggs just went up again. He wants to distract you. Don’t let him.

I'm grateful there are still some within in our justice system, including GOP-appointed judges like this one, who refuse to abandon their oath of office to uphold this sacred document. apnews.com/article/birt...

Let's be clear: You need 2/3 of Congress and 38 state legislatures to ratify an amendment. Trump doesn't have that.

For all that my GOP colleagues claim to love our Founding Fathers, they seem to have forgotten the words of Thomas Paine: In America, there is no king but the law.
Rep. Andy Ogles (R-Tenn.) proposed an amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would allow President Trump to serve a third term in the White House so that the country “can sustain the bold leadership our nation so desperately needs.”
