I've been seeing the decline starting in 2024 from multiple sources, but I don't really feel like compiling everything. redfin and zillow probably have the most accurate numbers on housing right now since everything in this country is privatized. I guess we will know more as time passes.

If the data was from 2020-2022, maybe, but both have been in sharp decline (over 50% since 2024).

The recalled sandwiches were from May and they didn't release the recall til mid June! Probably don't eat a sandwich made May 20th on June 18th whether it was recalled or not.

I think for many people it's the group think: no one else around them is masking so therefore there is no problem. Turns out most people would jump off a bridge if their friends were doing it.
