New wave in ACT, after 3 weeks of consecutive case increases, commencing October 24th with 19 initial cases.

Hospitalisations:
QLD - Up 31% to 21

% Positivity:
NSW - Steady at 2.4%

Great timing too because according the National Notifiable Diseases database, ACT has had 3 weeks of c19 case increases (126% increase overall) and 16% in the last week.
