Updating my default search engine in Chrome for a bit.
Same. Reported incomplete via the feedback tooling. Tried out Bing search- which worked

Ideally we don’t use ocean water but I guess if there is no other option, it /can/ work?

Just individual stocks and maybe derivatives right? Being able to invest in the broader US market (and never allowed to short the US market) could be a good way to keep the incentives right?
Edit: decided to look it up: yes! Checks out. Except they may allow index funds that short- oh well
