I have not got room for a shed in my garden so thinking of putting it outside on the road . After all the curbside seems to be available to store your private property wonder if I can get away with it?

80% of head injuries on the road occurs within vehicles , all those people in cars without a helmet shamefully.
Horn use in vehicles should not be aggressive and should be in moderation. You are using victim blaming in the normal way that it is often used by motorists.

There is n easy fix for this when they take away the cycle lane, all cyclists will need to ride primary position , both legal and effective .

To enable car culture unfortunately cyclists are just seen as collateral damage not actual living breathing people it is a disgrace

I have made an enquiry with my local council in wales regarding applications to go back to 30mph.
They have received applications for 22 roads in the borough of which 21 seem likely to remain at 20mph Result!

The secondary position should only be taken when the cyclist believes it is safe to do so. Which in my 30 year experience is never.

Sorry this is incorrect the recommendation is to cycle in the primary position ie centre of the lane, the position you are referring to is the secondary position
