ALSO, lockdown and isolating meant for the first time ever being able to stick to calming routines and niche/intense interests, away from the constant judgement and criticism, people stopped masking and decided to seek diagnosis when they found they couldn’t go back to how things were.

It’s because people now know what it is and how it appears differently in women.

Also more people are seeking diagnosis because modern life is insufferably busy and people are burning out left right and centre
