@vetcation.com What follow-up would you advise for a 10 year old cat found to have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy after murmur detected. No left atrial enlargement. Troponin and NTProBNP normal. Was told repeat Echo/bloods in 6 months, but cat is still asymptomatic and I’m not sure if it is needed.
