I control Koh, the Face Stealer with Arcbound Overseer chosen with it, giving it the triggered part of modular and the “put +1/+1 on each creature w/ modular” trigger. Does Koh count as having modular for that trigger? What about Zabaz’s replacement?

If my Koh exiles creature card A and B, I activate its ability, first choose A, then choose B. B then is put into graveyard by Pull from Eternity. Now for Koh, which one is the last chosen card? 1/2

@wotcmatt.bsky.social Hi, I have a question for the latest update of CR. It seems nothing about Mayhem has been added to the exception for 400.7. In this way, does it mean mayhem cannot work at all? Because mayhem talks about "discarded", when a card is discarded, it moves from one zone to another.
