Good point. That would save me money on the Dartford Crossing…

Except that I ride a motorbike and wouldn’t have to pay anyway…

Well, it’s only 270 miles…

I’d hoped for Radcliffe or Altrincham.

The vile twerp whom I have muted has spent the day harassing other people who dare to have a discussion.
December 29, 2024 at 5:10 PM
And more. You truly are a horrendous specimen. You have spent the day trying to offend people.

More evidence that you are an arse.

I think you are being an arse. It’s a discussion. Many of us do currently listen to classical music. It’s a vibrant scene. The BBC Proms sell out a large arena for many nights every summer, often with a couple of thousand people standing too.

He has not clearly referenced anything at all.

Kraftwerk’s music includes significant rock and roll elements— I’m fairly sure that one or both of Hutter and Schneider referred to the “fahr’n fahr’n fahr’n auf der Autobahn” as a reference to the Beach Boys who were very much influenced by black music.

You posted online. On social media. That, implicitly, is to ask for opinions.

Now, please tell me how Brahms was influenced by black music.

It would not end good private insurance. Nothing would stop people continuing to pay for it. We still have private health insurance in the UK.
December 24, 2024 at 11:06 PM
This is great. Right up until you don’t have health insurance because your chronic illness means you no longer have the job.

Or to put it another way, “I’m alright Jack”.

“I’m all right Jack”

I’ve yet to meet anyone who doesn’t eat processed food anyway.

Almost all police work in my country is on behalf of victims of crime.

So it turns out that the person to whom I replied has blocked me. Some people just don’t like facts.
December 23, 2024 at 4:42 PM
You have just made that up.

All of those cities (and more) have a lower murder rate.
