It might be (at LEAST!) $2000 but the RTX 5090 is the ONLY honest thing Nvidia has done for gamers in '25 (cables and ROPs aside) by being the top performer of a generation but the reality is most gamers will shop the 5080 down but the gap between 80 and 90 means the 80 is a lie... it is a 70 or--

AMD's failure to compete with the GPU's has allowed Nvidia to gaslight the consumer into overpaying for less. the 5080 is once again a 70 class card in flagship clothes. The only correctly scaled card this generation and last gen has been the 90 class. feel free to call me out if you think im wrong.

Gordon was a personal hero. As a child, I loved reading his pieces in Boot Magazine. As a teen, online reviews went mainstream and he was always my first stop. And as an adult in tech, "what would Gordon think?" often guides my hand.

Anyone upset about #CDPR choosing Ciri as the main protagonist for #Witcher4 can be summarily dismissed since they obviously didn't finish W3 or the expansions. Gerald is retired and his story is complete as a witcher. Carrying on in a mentor role would be where I expect him to return to the story.

Cyberpunk 2077 managed to be a driving force behind selling bleeding edge GPUs the last two generations... I see nothing on the horizon to sell 50 series. GTA VI won't be on PC till 2027 at the earliest and consumer A.I. is still a tiny hobby. Anyone else think this is gonna cool the market off?
