I have adhd but also a bunch of other things including ME/CFS so stimulants wear me out. I can focus, but it's more like a forced hyperfocus on whatever is in front of me, and I get rebound fatigue afterwards.

I tried beta blockers for this but no luck. My psychiatrist thinks that adequately treating my ADHD might help .... Stimulants don't seem like the vibe though????
