I read the first volume like two years ago, then I got informed there was a prequel and I just got around to reading it.

Honestly, that the manga is as good as it is, is really a testament to her strength as a writer. Like that she was still able to make it really enjoyable speaks to her skill more than anything.

Honestly I generally prefer the show and the movie. The manga and movie are fairly close in major plot points.

Also I do genuinely think it's good story telling to show that love can happen more than once in Meredith's life.

Ben really tells Bailey "what are you going to believe, what you can physically see on the camera, or what I'm telling you?" and then gets mad at her when she doesn't believe him.

Amelia should have broken up with Owen when she went over to his place and he was very drunk. Like frankly that is a wild violation of her trust, and she deserved better than that.
