The building below is classified as new in the original data because it was gut renovated. But it clearly looks (and maybe is?) old - the brick facade was maintained in the renovation

One of the interesting things about predicting building age (as @mikepmoffatt.bsky.social could tell you) was how unevenly we have built housing (e.g. big lulls between peaks) and also what buildings get maintained and which torn down
