I have a goal, not a resolution, that’s been in place before the New Year. Running a 5k and getting my splits back. When I started running, I haven’t dedicated the kind of stretching that I have in the past and it shows. I’m a bundle of muscle. Now, I am working on both strength and flexibility. 1/
