I’ve damaged my body so bad that I need to make my overall health the most important thing for me. Im not gonna share any pics because I am honestly embarrassed about my body. But I hope I continue this journey. That’s all I have left.

Everyday I walk on my pad for at least 30 mins. I have two 25 dumbbells. And stationary. I’ve put together all the work out advice and I incorporate that daily. Whether it’s the gym or at home. Like push ups, lunges, crunches.

For 37 days I’ve been walking. Eating as clean as I can. Finding ways to make high protein low sodium and carb meals. That have high fiber meals. I measure all my levels daily. I don’t go to the gym daily but I work out everyday
