I started working out. Not for looks. Not for clothes. I was diagnosed with the diabetes and high blood pressure. I’m not young anymore and I’m never gonna look similar or remotely close to those bodies I admire. I’m doing it for my health.

Week 2 of ozempic. Idk if it’s working? I can’t tell if it’s the drug or it’s me working out that’s causing me to drop weight.
