Just dig up all of the lost (removed) film from the 'vision' sequence and you've got your answer. A lot cheaper than an entire film to say "They went to hell and everyone died."

He's garbage. But this would matter (slightly) more if he was recorded saying it. I.E. Proof. Similarly, the story of him calling veterans who died, "suckers and losers" when discussing military graves. ALL HEARSAY. Then again, he was recorded approving of sexual assault, and was still elected. Ugh
