Same outfit, March - November 🥹 I've been feeling defeated recently as I still have a lot of weight to lose (menopause caused weight gain) and I didn't think there was any difference despite losing 2 stone (28lbs) but seeing the side by side has made me emotional 🥹 I've worked so hard to get here 😭

I'm actually sitting here crying a wee bit. Seeing my government talking about myalgic encephalomyelitis, and actually calling it that not fucking "chronic fatigue syndrome" is insane. Talking about how action NEEDS to be done. I can't believe it. I'm so fucking glad I've lived to see this
