米国籍を持った2歳の子供が、適正手続を踏まずに合法の在留資格を持たない移民の母親と一緒にホンデュラスに強制送還されたという話だが、これも問題になりそう。2歳といえども米国籍者は米国籍者だから、これを許してしまうと本当になんでもありで、政権が追放したい者は(米国籍を持っていても)誰でも追放できることになるでしょ。
