✅ Low-attenuation fatty background
✅ No continuity with adjacent bone

MRI:
✅ T1: ↑ (fat) + ↓ (bone)
✅ T2: ↑ (fat) + ↓ (bone) + focal ↑ (soft tissue)
✅ No contrast enhancement → Poor vascularity

✅ Extension from intrasellar to suprasellar
