Introducing a new #plugin for #GBStudio- Talking Actors and Dialogue Prompt Actors!
It's great for adding flair to visual novels and cutscenes. Talking Actors animate when dialogue is being written, and Dialogue Prompt Actors animate when dialogue is waiting for a button press.

For a custom aimed projectile with offset like this, all I need now is a set variable to value event. It used to take several events to get all the actor properties, or you could write it all out in GBVM which took forever.
Anyway, the game is coming along, but nothing is very presentable yet.

Adding #sauce to my #GBStudio game every day- Days 24-25
Changed the melee attack to a slash, which is what I wanted it to be originally. I had to add directional sprites to projectiles first, which was a little tricky.
Also expanded the UI so you can have more health and ammo.

Making some test areas to try and figure out the visual identity of the game. Going for a gothic mansion vibe.
Using modified versions of tilesets from @zaebucca.itch.io, they look great and will save many many hours of work.
