(it radically slows down for curves, as if it were a nearsighted granny in the snow.)

as judged by the traditional metric of aiming for a 1% or less of MSRP monthly lease payment these are ok deals. certainly nothing exceptional.

(this also assumes that first payment is included in the money down. which may or may not be true.)

I'd asked what was included when we popped the trunk on the test drive, and the sales guy was both informed and correct: only V2L + J1772 adapter. Stingy Kia, but not even across the whole lineup.

lucky. Reddit confirms what I saw in my car. so the A2Z it shall be, me $105.40 poorer for it for something I'll probably never use but should have given what DCFC exist.

update to the update: I am informed that A2Z has a cheaper, also UL listed 1000V one. canceled Amazon pending order, ordered up this. (shipping was free after I put in my address, too.)

Since I got the GT the Kia actually has precisely the same 231 mile EPA range as our Buzz!
November 15, 2025 at 2:54 PM
So did you check? Is there one, gratis from Kia in your EV9(s)?!
November 15, 2025 at 5:59 AM
The Buzz isn’t a terrible charger. 200 kW peak and has preconditioning, so even if not as flat as the E-GMP cars is reasonable enough. And so much roomier.

But we always fly for anything over a few hours.

Getting this one instead after reviewing that undisclosed 500V appropriately. Lectron fancier model. 1000V, 500A, UL listed.
