The early darkness has shockingly surprised me again with the depth of its ability to bring in the bonus depression.

The weekend was a good one, loving connections with chosen family that filled hearts.

I wish I could snap myself out of the intense blahs. Trying to extend gentle grace to myself.

Maybe hesitant for the week ahead. First steroid injection Tuesday. Pain relief!? First women in funeral service event Wednesday. Excited for that, while mingling isn’t my gig. I do have an intention to work the rooms tho, & let people know we’re trying to add non binary as an option on death certs.

I feel like this could be cello too. Not looking for super seriousness but a soundtrack is feeling like a supportive play to the gathering. Event still in development stages but all is piecing together so beautifully. Always love to set possibilities for tone of gathering with tunes I am able.
