they're calling them the least photoshopped hats of all time
a poorly photoshopped ad for joining the nevada state police. it is of three stock photo cops in front of a blue sky and barely-visible mountain range, with a bunch of job benefits. Each one has a very stupid and very clearly doctored state police hat on their head. The hats look like cowboy hats with very large dents in them and impossibly flat brims.

looked up this guy to reference for a character because i remembered really liking his design and wow i forgot how good bna’s character design was. this guy is in like one or two episodes and has one of the best anime character designs in recent memory tbh.
human version of pinga, a character from brand new animal. he’s wearing a red jacket with a black shirt, a white scarf, baggy white pants with a red stripe around the thigh, and very simple brown boots that come almost up to the knee. he has light, rosy-reddish skin and two-tone hair. the upper part of his hair is a mid-length white fringe, and the under-side of his hair is a warm brown tied back into a short ponytail. animal version of pinga. his outfit is the same, but his jacket is closed up in the front, and the sleeves have been unbuttoned along the bottoms to make room for his wings. he’s a gull with bright white, black-tipped feathers and very simplified wing-arms. he has a short tail and a long, yellow beak with a black tip. he’s wearing a leather pilot’s cap that straps under his jaw, with a fluffy top flap and a pair of goggles. his hair is covered, but you can see his ponytail peaking out.
