So when you see someone (like I am now) posting about the good in life, know that we're not ignoring all the horrible things.

We're reminding you to take a moment's break and reset your nervous system. You deserve it. And so do all the people who depend on you.

And yes, these days, it doesn't hurt to find out where they stand politically, because in 2025, that will tell you a lot too about whether they actually walk their talk.

And whether they are #safe for you.

If you're going to seek out coaches or healers who work with trauma, first check out what they have to say about #marginalized communities. About Black and Brown people. About migrants (with or without documentation). About Jews. About Muslims. About LGBTQIA2S folks.

It's scary to think about, almost as if acknowledging someone else's grief might mean *we'll* experience it next.

So we don't.

And those who are grieving may interpret that silence as a lack of caring.

Leading to more pain.

What if you knew what to say to others and how to say it?

Some for the fact that what was once possible now will not be (for a long time or ever).

Every transition has an element of grief.

Grief ignored or stuffed or rejected will find a less healthy way to come out.

Grief is a part of life.

But most of us weren't taught how to talk about it.

I'm super excited to share a concept that only a few people on the planet know about with 450+ of my friends, and to answer questions like, "Can I get on and off stage without tripping?", "Does the mic get heavier after 20 minutes?", and "Is the green room really green?"

When people come at me with arguments for why anti-trans, anti-LGBTQIA2S, why anti-Zionist, why anti-pronouns, why I need to be educated in pro-white, pro-cis, pro-Christian, pro-whatever-version-of-"great"-you're-using-today, I will not let them.

I. Will. Not. Let. Them.
