The proposal we heard from President Trump, as he stood next to Prime Minister Netanyahu, to forcibly expel all of Gaza’s residents and bring the territory under US “ownership” normalizes the Kahanist idea of “transfer”--that we can force people out of their homeland and do what we want with it.
