They really are 😭 Like, what is this person even thinking? That I don't want to work on my stories? That I have a chapter ready and I'm just holding out? Writers don't get paid for fics, and we're often operating solo putting out content faster than a lot of professionals. The entitlement is wild.

Exactly!! I am always happy to hear that people are excited for more! But like, I am not getting paid for this unfortunately, and sometimes irl time cuts down the time we can write significantly. I would never dream of trying to pressure a writer into releasing more TT
