No, no, getting the right black is critical, what are you painting? We used beer Broadway for our bedroom and we loved it.

Am really enjoying this book. I didn’t know anything about this history of public health.

Chocolate covered sweet cherries and chocolate cashew clusters. Not necessarily the best looking. These tasted way too good, I froze some and am going to see what they are like. If they freeze well will make some more otherwise too delicious to have around.

Putting together a first aid kit for my bike and had to order a bunch of missing items. We go on remote trails. I have ordered a c-splint, a triangular bandage, some small pill holders for low dose Asa and antihistamines, instant ice back, a tick remover and an eye patch.

Am I missing anything?

It is officially zucchini season at my house. First batch of zucchini bread. We try to eat or process all our garden produce as we go along.

Why is it that I never knew there were spotted poodles? His owner was telling me that breeders used to drown the babies who weren’t pure white or black. This guy was lovely.

We make our own no knead bread with flour from 1847 stone milling and generally replace a half cup of regular flour with the lupin flour. I have found the recipes from King Arthur flour are great. Not the best looking but delicious!

There is always this dread when I start a big renovation. Goes away once I start.

One of the better articles on measles, but I think it is funny that she finds it so shocking that the virus stays in the air. Could she not have said :Like Covid…..

“That's because measles is capable of lingering in the air for up to two hours (yes, hours) after someone infected enters a space.”

Wow, that is pretty dramatic decrease.

Thank you for doing this. I despair that IWD has turned into a Hallmark holiday where we send cards to honour women and not worry about the fight.

Saw this today.
