I just went to a restaurant that serves this amazing dish called “carrots 3 ways” and thought of you… Carrot hummus, berbere spiced grilled carrot, and fried carrot ribbons. 😍

Ramen! Good ramen broth takes time and care. Can also make toppings throughout the day, such as ramen eggs, garlic oil… so many options. My 5yo helps his dad with this some weekends. Makes the house smell so good

My view from inside the planetarium at the Sacramento State University today. Got to see so many mind-boggling photos taken by the James Webb and Hubble telescopes. Kyle Watters, the planetarium director, is a phenomenal presenter. Worth a visit if you have the chance! #sacramento
