Non-expert opinion: PHONES, per se, are not the problem, but SMART phones ARE! Our phones are actually computers that fit in our hand. We are addicted to SMALL COMPUTERS that fit in our hand. When all it did was give us the ability to make & receive calls… we were not addicted “to phones.”
